Sailboat Manor provides in-house linens and a fully equipped kitchen. 
You will need to bring: 

• Personal Items Body Soap, Shampoo, Sunscreen, Repellent, Hair Dryer, etc. 
• Beach Furniture, Towels, Toys, etc.
• Laundry Soap/Dryer Sheets  (If you would like to use the washer and dryer).
• Paper Goods for any meals you don't want to wash dishes after.
• Groceries (Garden City does have a KOA Mini Market (with basic essentials) and Gas Stations, but no supermarkets)  Garden City also has some wonderful Pizza Parlors, Shake Shops and Burger Stands for times when you don't want to cook yourself.
• Any specialty cooking pans or utensils you might need to prepare a meal.  We have a great stock but cannot guarantee to have every size and type of all pots, pans and utensils.  (If you would like to know if we have a specific appliance available, please feel free to call and ask - We currently have:  Popcorn Popper, Rice Cooker, Crock-Pot, Toaster, Waffle Iron, 2 Large Electric Griddles, Hand Mixer, Blender, and an Outdoor Barbecue Grill)
• Games you want to play.
• DVD's you want to watch.
• CD's you want to listen to. 
• An AT&T or T-Mobile Cell Phone.  Verizon does not currently work well and in most cases not at all in Bear Lake.  (The Manor does not have a land line.)
