Rates

 

  • PEAK SEASON:  Memorial Day through Labor Day (July-August) minimum 3 night stays required.  Full week rentals/rates available upon request. 

 

  • OFF SEASON:  After Labor Day until the week prior to the Memorial Day weekend (Sept-May), a minimum 3 night stay is required.   

 

PEAK SEASON RATES:

$600.00 (plus tax) PER NIGHT WEEKDAYS

$600.00 (plus tax) PER NIGHT WEEKENDS

$500.00 RESERVATION / SECURITY DEPOSIT REQUIRED.  The rent is DUE 30 days PRIOR to occupancy.  (Deposit will be forfeited and reservation canceled if balance due is not received in full 30 days prior.)

$125.00 CLEANING FEE (assumes you leave the Manor as nice as you found it--the cleaners will do the linens and deep clean and sanitize everything.  If the Manor is left excessively dirty (garbage, dirty dishes, etc.) there will be an additional cleaning charge).

TAXES:
  • Bed Tax =3%
  • Resort Tax=1%
  • State Sales Tax = 6%

CANCELLATION POLICY:    31 days prior to arrival date Full Deposit Refund.  
                                                                  15-30 days prior to arrival date 1/2 Deposit Refund.
                                                                  Within 14 days - No Deposit Refund.
